职位描述
- Develop and implement GC Basics business sales strategy and commercial action plans to achieve sales, profit objectives, and ensure robust growth in North China region.
- Develop, grow and maintain Basics business in end customer level in North China
- Develop, manage and motivate suitable channels for Basics fluids business growth, enhance Basics fluids products penetration in North China
- Close work with internal functional team to secure the success of order to cash.
- Collect and analyze market competition information, formulate right strategy and action plans in the dynamic market
1) Over 5 years working experience in Textile & Leather or silicone sealant or silicone rubber or Chemicals related industry with solid end customer network.
2) Fluent in English and Mandarin both in written and spoken;
3) Willingness to travel frequently
