职位描述
Responsibilities:
-Develop strong relationships and manage the communication / negociation with customer as the offical M+H representative during project development phase;
-Support Sales team in quotation phase, and fully responsible for project from nomination to SOP+6months;
-Esitablish the project team, set project target with team, launch and monitor the project in compliance with X-Sep;
-Coordinate, manage a cross-functional project team, define teammember's objective and assignments, develop and implement appropriate action plans;
-Organize project meeting, evaluate the potential risk and opportunities and report project status to Steering Committee;
-Conduct project team to complete Functional Review and pass QG in line with timing plan;
-Organise communications throughout the program lifecycle to ensure smooth program transfer from Development Phase to Production Phase;
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above in automotive or engineering major;.
-Above 5 years experience in automotive or related, at least 3 years project management experience.
-Solid knowledge and strong experience in project management
-Good at team work and excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills.
-Fluent in both written and oral English.
-Good at MS Office software.
-Team working spirit.
-High responsible.
-Great passion.
