Responsibility Description
Responsible for preparation of PRC statutory financial statements and other government required reports based on PRC GAAP; and lead annual statutory audit
Responsible for timely and accurate submission of US GAAP based financial statements and other internal management reports;
Prepare tax filing and provide general tax consultations and technical support in major business cases and transactions. And be in charge of tax reporting, handling tax audit and tax training
Manage legal entity structure, prepare tax planning and ensure compliance of relevant tax regulations
Prepare transfer pricing related documents and required filing
Drive tax subsidy collection, monitor tax structure to keep updated with changes in tax rules, and proactively take actions maximize company's benefits
Supervise overall inventory transactions, and monthly closing in O2C process;
Supervise treasury transactions and manage company cashflow;

Skill Requirements
Thorough understanding of PRC GAAP and US GAAP;
Good command of China tax laws/regulations (CIT, BT and VAT), tax experience in pharma industry is a plus.
Good communication skill and strong competence to work with local government to carry out tax incentive planning;
Proficient English language skills in reading, writing and speaking;
Computer skills;
Result oriented, and committed person

Work Experience Requirements
At least 5 years tax working experience in multinational company or tax/law consulting firm; and big four firms' tax experience is preferred
Proven experience in dealing with both government and tax authority members

Education Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field;
CPA qualification
