Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
In this role, the employee will be primarily responsible for all FP&A activities for GBS Greater China and our client China Corporate. The employee will be primarily responsible for forecasting GBS product and service costs, tracking actual cost vs. S2 and base cost analysis. Also, the employee will be responsible for managing expenses for the GBS China organization.
a)Coordinate and consolidate S1, S2, quarter estimates & monthly reporting for GBS China and developing the presentation pitches for discussion
b)Update/ Maintain pricing model of GBS product offerings as changes occur in the business and develop pitches to communicate to our client businesses.
c)Manage Service Level Agreements needed for all engagements by GBS China. Identify gaps and ensure document management policy is being followed.
d)Work together with Business Manager, Operations Manager and product leaders to identify new products for the business and participate in initial scoping and high level
design of product
e)Identify cost reduction opportunities for GBS and find ways to improve productivity
f)Conducting monthly expense & headcount analysis & reporting for our client China, as well as annual S2 budget planning. Proactively identify ways to reduce corporate costs by improving productivity.
Qualifications/Requirements:
*Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance
*3 to 5 year work experience with 1 or 2 year experience in FP&A role
*Strong analytical skills, able to identify issues and proactively solve the issues
*Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Chinese) and good interpersonal skills
*Self-starter and team player, able to prioritize and manage multi tasks
*FMP graduate is preferred
*Knowledge of Oracle is a plus
