工作职责Main Responsibilities:
1.Lead the booth team to achieve monthly valid leads collection target through planning, executing and managing promotion activities.

2Site visit the promotion booth activities and provide constructive proposals on promotion gifts, promotion formats and promoter management policies through observation and feedback collection with promoters.
定期现场巡视，完善推广员管理制度，同时根据市场反馈对推广礼物以及活动形式提出建设性的提 议
3.Proactively explore the promoter recruitment channels to meet center operation demand and improve promoters' skill and retention via the organized training.
积极开拓推广员招聘渠道，招聘满额的合格推广员以满足中心运作需求。通过对推广员的定期和有组织的培训，提升推广员的技能并降低流失率
4. Plan and take the lead in the initiative of developing long term booth or DS Bar in high profiled and busy locations. The development of DS Bar that is close to center is priority.
积极主动在客流量大的高端商业场及距中心较近的场所开发长期固定摊位。
5. Evaluate booth locations according to company KPI and arrange the coming month plan based on the analysis.
根据公司KPI, 评估各推广地点的产出并在下个月的计划中体现
6.Check and maintain signage on regular basis and propose options for new and important signage
根据需求做提议广告计划，并定期巡查维护各中心附近的广告位,以确保符合公司品牌形象要求。
7.Collect and update competitor information in all aspects of marketing promotion, signage, new center openness plan, etc.
收集并更新行业发展信息
8. Build up local PR relationship
建立本地公共关系管理
9. Build up marketing team including Advertising/Internet/ Promoter/ designer and event
建立并管理包括广告/网络/促销/设计/活动组织等业务的市场团队
10. Marketing expanse return on investment management
确保运营效率，保证有效地投入产出
11.Coordinate with center and other departments to fulfill all the tasks on behalf of MKT department .
作为市场部代表，与中心和其它部门很好配合完成工作

Requirements职位要求:
1. 5+ years supervisory experience in direct sales or direct marketing.

2.Strong negotiation and people skills
