50% of working time as travelling to others countries, so candidates have to have fluent English communication skills. This position belongs to technical service Dept, and we can consider candidates with experience in Nano silver wire ink, ITO film or transparent conduct in touch screen panel product.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work closely with oversea and local product develop teams and ensure delivered solution meet customer needs
2. Identify the key requirements on transparent conductor properties based on diversified end application and design
3. Work directly with customers to provide in-depth technical support on electrical, optical and manufacturing process issues
4. Support internal application test and help product development team to improve material performance
5. Develop user guidelines and conduct trainings for customers, sales team and distributors
6. Support clients to set up test procedures, and reliability specification

REQUIREMENTS:

1. College's degree
2. Minimum of five years working experience in Touch Panel manufacturing and processing.
3. Experience with touch panel sensors pattern design, transparent conductive material properties, new transparent conductive material technology
4. Familiar with gravure offset printing, roll to roll fabrication and screen printing equipment and process
5. Past experience in project lead, especially in TSP (Technical Service Product) will be a plus
6. Knowledge in the state-of-art of current TSP trend, for example:One glass solution(OGS ) process
7. Excellent English communication skills
