Responsibilities:
- Participate in business strategy development. Develop technical strategy, roadmap.
- Lead and manage projects in Display Sealant Program. Project portfolio management.
- Lead, manage, and coach group members in project executions
- Present to customers, internal management leadership team, and to conferences
- Travel , both international and domestic, meeting with customers and internal meetings
- Report
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry polymer or Materials
- Ph.D preferred
- 5-10 yeas in Electronic, Display technical background
- Communication skill and English language skill must be excellent
- Strong Display adhesive background preferred
