Main Accountabilities
Technical consulting and advice for MRCN IF-OE customers in China (including off high way application, engine industry, and agriculture machinery…)
Initiating application engineering projects and design changes according customer requirements
Project follow up plus technical coordination of customer projects and technical enquiries with domestic Chinese demand/attention.
Support and local coordination of activities for customer projects with Global demand/attention (which are handled in MHDE project and Key Account teams)
Pursuing the compliance with project targets (Quality/performance, cost, time) and launching counter measures if necessary
Verification of technical customer enquiries and challenges with regard to possible design solutions; coordination with other departments and locations (R&D, quality, production planning,…); monitoring activities from perspective of MRCN SI-OE sales.
Compiling technical documentation for quotations and customer presentations; Selection, configuration and dimensioning of possible filters and other products as well as the corresponding technical specifications for the customers; verification of technical specification sheets from customers
Strengthening and solidifying the business relationship with customer’s R&D, product, application or other contact persons
Show M+H's expertise to our customer. Makes customers feel that they are strongly supported.
Closely follow up the new development of filtration related tech. understand it, then share knowledge inside M+H.
Accomplish other tasks from supervisor.
Education/Major:
Bachelor degree or above in Engineering

Experiences:
At least 2 years experience in technique jobs (design, application, product...) in industrial market.
Experience in following area will be a plus:
o Filter
o Diesel Engine
o Construction machinery
o Agriculture machinery

Working experience in western company will be another plus.

Certificates:

Knowledge & Skills:
Good communication / coordination skill.

Foreign language:
Chinese native; Fluent in written and verbal English

Computer ability:
Good at MS software.

Personal Quality:
Able to act on own initiative as well as enjoy working in a team.
Strong sense of responsibility.
Polite and reliable
Target oriented and self-motivated.
