Responsibilities:
?Support SU General Manager with defining objectives and aligning the business structure and its processes to deliver

according to defined targets
-act as business partner to GlobalProductGroup and to LPG operation
-define short-, medium- and long-term performance targets and follow up
-drive for cost reductions and productivity increase
-Lead & guidance of LPG finance and control team members
-Training, knowledge and resource management
?Financial Planning, budgeting and forecasting for operations
-forecast and communicate results with high accuracy
-analyze scenarios and document assumptions
?Support LPG development and strategy process
-Define and follow-up on strategic actions and key performance indicators
-Propose actions to realign the future course in order to meet targets
-evaluate and follow-up on investment, divestment and restructuring projects
?Reporting, measuring and analyzing of financials and key performance indicators
-ensure high quality of all reporting and business information
-analyze business performance versus budget and forecast continuously, and present result/clarify deviation to management
-follow-up on cost efficiency, working capital and profitability improvement
-assess provision for general/ specific warranty and stock
?Link processes, people and technology with company strategy
-deploy BU specific guidelines and common processes in the LPG
-improve activities in finance processes continuously

?Assess the financial business risk exposure, ensure appropriate controls and define mitigation plans to reduce impact on

business performance
-i.e. foreign exchange exposure, tax optimization opportunities, investments/ divestments etc.
-optimize and support business processes to improve efficiency
?Ensure compliance is 100% in line with the defined ABB standards
-support internal/ external audit and timely implementation of required improvements
?Cooperate with appropriate functions to implement the following key enablers within the organization
-Align people‘s behavior with business strategy through team work and corrective actions
-Use common information platforms to analyze and report information
？ >act as key user for FI/CO module and cost structure set up
？ >answer questions regarding FI/CO module to LPG operation
？ >raise request to SAP consultants for problems and communicate back to users


Profile:

?Strong financial background, structured and result oriented controller with focus on internal controls and processes;
?Demonstrated analytical and cross-cultural communication skills
?Requires high level of coordination skills in order to gather relevant financial information from all parts of the

organization timely
?Strong knowledge and experience in SAP (FI/ CO modules, etc) and MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.)
?Fluent in English in speaking and writing, mother tongue Chinese preferred
?Demonstrated good problem solving skill, approaching problems with open mind and persistence in order to deliver on time
?Education: Business Administration, Accounting and / or equivalent experience.
?Experience: >5years in controlling preferably in production environment
