职位描述

Responsibilities:

- Work as member of IT global competence network, together with local IT colleagues to ensure 7x24 system operation and support.

- Deliver daily support to users of IT systems and services. Handling Network and Communications system installation, supporting, troubleshooting as 1^st and/or 2^nd level support.

- Coordination of installation, maintenance of basis to IT infrastructures.

- Leading / involvement of technical improvements, responsible for documentation and reporting.

- Leading / involvement in projects.

- User trainings.

Requirements:

- University degree in computer science or related disciplines.

- Minimum 2 years IT working experiences, preferable with multi-national company.

- Good verbal and written communication in English.

- Working experience with telephone system. Skills of IP phony on Cisco Call Manager and/or SIEMENS HiPath 4000, Hipath 3000 or HIPATH8000 / OSV are welcome.

- LAN / WAN management skills, including protocols, switching, routing, QoS, VLAN, DHCP and so on, are necessary. Cisco and Alcatel Lucent switch experiences will be advantages.
