Senior Project Manager

Position Purpose

？ Responsible for managing and coordinating the China FIN Transformation Project (FIN Organization Rollout)
？ To help with delivery and coordination sub-project pieces and Project Management Office
Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities
In charge of managing overall performance and progress of Finance transformation project for smooth progress.
？ Ensure quality delivery of all related working document.
？ Manage smooth communication and status updates to key stakeholders including project leaders.
？ Manage relations with RGBs to ensure successful promotion.
？ Organize and facilitate regular progress review meetings of the core team and of the whole project organization.
？ Monitor and manage performance of sub-project pieces, such as change management, IT, processes, led by other team members.
？ In charging of managing the budget and control the cost to ensure cost-effective target of the project.

Key Performance Indicators:
？ Smooth and on-time rollout of FINANCE transformation projects.
？ Achieve successful promotion and meets expectation of key stakeholders and respective RGBs

Qualification Requirement
MBA or Master of FIN / Psychology
Working Experience:
10 + years

Knowledge/Skills:
？ Solid experience in project management and leading change
？ Experience in FINANCEconsulting or FINANCE transformation project management
？ Familiar with FINANCE processes
？ Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
？ Strong facilitation, moderation capability
？ Influencing with impact
？ Strong team leadership
？ Good communication skills
？ Rich experience in project management and leading change
？ Expert in FIN processes
？ Excellent problem solver with analytical thinking
？ Excellent facilitation and moderation capability
