岗位职责：

1、 建立与发展质量控制程序以确保符合TS16949的标准，

2、 领导质量保证检验员团队确保公司产品达到规定的质量标准

3、 负责现场相关质量数据的收集分析并持续改进各项质量指标

4、 管理和培训检验员

5、 为了纠正质量问题，如发现质量问题，有权停止生产，并向质量经理汇报。

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历

2、五年以上制造行业的工作经验，至少2年在领导岗位工作经验

3、熟悉汽车行业，注塑行业产品质量控制标准，熟悉ISO9000、QS9000、TS16949质量体系，熟悉质量工具与控制方法，如SPC、FMEA等

4、具有丰富的现场管理以及实际解决的经验

5、具有团队合作精神
