Under the guidance of the managing director and project manager, participate in all-round work of investment projects during the thorough process from pre-screening to exit. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Conduct and oversee commercial, legal, financial and other due diligence as required Screen proposed deals through assembly and analysis of related data
Production of investment memorandum including financial modeling, valuation and return analysis
Financial analysis and modeling for periodic report
Monitor market data of the existing portfolio investments
To assist the Project Manager in preparing research and presentation materials
Handling Ad hoc project

Qualifications：
Bachelor’s Degree or above. Major in Science, Finance or Management is preferred
0-1years working experience in investment, finance, consulting or business operation
Comprehensive knowledge of operation and management of enterprise
Outstanding financial knowledge and skills, preferably with CFA or equivalent qualifications
Good command of English, including listening, writing, reading, speaking and translating, preferably with overseas learning or working experience
Strong abilities in learning & innovation, communication, teamwork, problem analysis and resolution, judgement and decision-making, project management and relation influence
