Job Title : Treasury Executive
1.Assist in performing treasury function, assist in treasury operations.
2.Prepare Weekly payment schedule (to MBCL & BBAC) and prepare loan drawdown / repayment plan.
3.Prepare NC Daily Cash Report and Daily working capital flash report.
4.Prepare Weekly cash flow projection report.
5.Prepare funding analysis as required by supervisor.

Primary/Key Responsibilities
1.Compile and Review NC Daily Cash Report by dealer and monitor daily cash pool status for Auto China companies, and urge dealers with surplus cash to deposit into cash pool on time.
2.Compile NC cash flow data for Daily Working Capital flash report to LSH Management. Compile weekly Working Capital flash to Region COO and FC.
3.Prepare Auto China Weekly cash flow projection to identify the need of external borrowing and roll out drawdown plan.
4.Compile Weekly Payment schedule to prepare forecast 2-4 week on Cash pool balance based on MBCL AR, drawdown & repayment plan, tracking and analyses daily actual cash flow, BD sales reports, etc. Analyze any variances between actual and forecast positions to constantly improve the forecast
5.Prepare loan drawdown/ repayment plan and follow up execution. Trace dealers SI/VM collection and dealers’ cash support deposits information.
6.Other additional jobs assigned by superior.

Minimum Requirement
1.Degree: Bachelor
2.Major: Finance/ Accountancy
3.Certificate :Certificate of Accounting Professional
4.Related Working Experience :Working experiences in Finance or Treasury management

Knowledge
1.Familiar with office software and finance software;
2.Familiar with basic knowledge of bank related business.

Competency
Must Have
1.Bachelor holder or above in Finance/Accounting/ Economics.
2.3 years relevant working experience in Finance, Accounting or Banking sectors
3.Customer service oriented with high sense of responsibility and personal integrity
4.Self-motivated, result oriented with strong analytical thinking; eye for details

Good to Have
5.Experienced in dealing with banks.
6.Interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff as well as across various functional groups.
7.Working experiences in treasury management, fund management.
8.Proficiency in MSOffice applications and computerized accounting packages (e.g. 用友软件)
