Job Title : Senior Executive
Purpose of the Job
Plan/organize/conduct aftersales non-technical system training and management training.
Assist the training manager to engage the daily work.
Update the training record of aftersales management system training and non-technical training.
Primary/Key Responsibilities
1.Plan/organize/conduct out the aftersales non-technical system training and management system training
2.Follow up on in-house trainer on their relay training in the dealerships.
3.Provide administrative support on training of other Dept.
4.Update the training record of aftersales management system training.
5.Provide support to training consultants on their training/workshop.
6.Update the AKUBIS Video in the FTP server from the K-terminal.
7.Assist the training manager to engage the daily work.
Minimum Requirement
Degree: Diploma
Major: Automotive technology
Certificate：CMT，PETS-3A
Knowledge
Basic training knowledge
MB basic knowledge
Competency
Must Have
1. Sense of Accountability
2. Time Management
3. Work Under Pressure
4. Self-Learning
Good to Have
1. Communication
2. Teamwork
3. Adaptability / Flexibility
