Position: Merchandising Manager

General Mission:
· To create merchandising strategy and plan according to brand positioning, company culture and customer & store need.
· To be in charge of company merchandising works, e.g. merchandising display, signage, graphic line, show room, store exhibition equipment, store remodeling etc.
· To explain the trend and style of the seasons to the company.
· Interior design and decoration of Leroy Merlin Stores.
· Prepare store layouts, communications, seasonal and promotional event in liaison with store.
· Identify and capitalize on synergies between product categories.
· To be responsible for cooperation, training, evaluation, improvement works which relate to merchandising.
· Contract, cost, ordering, quality & stock control.

Requirements:
· Bachelor degree majoring in Merchandising, Art, Design, Interior Decoration.
· 3+ years of retail store merchandising experiences with proven achievements.
· 2+ years of management experience in merchandising.
· Be familiar with the merchandising materials as well as the international merchandising trend.
· Photoshop, AutoCAD desirable.
· Good commercial sense, attention to detail, follow up and organizational skills
· Store & Customer result orientated

我们的发展
1923年 - 阿尔道夫·乐华先生和萝丝· 梅兰***结婚, 在法国北部开办了一家销售战后美国剩余物资的商店，乐华梅兰由此诞生。
1966年 - ***家乐华梅兰大型自助式建材商店成立并拥有200名员工。
1979年 - 乐华梅兰并入穆里叶欧尚集团，开启了大型连锁现代化经营的脚步。乐华梅兰与欧尚、迪卡侬同属世界500强穆里叶欧尚集团。
1998年 - 乐华梅兰分别在中国广州与上海成立两个全球采购中心。
2001年 - 在北京开设办事处，筹备在中国发展的各项事宜。
2003年 - 乐华梅兰装饰建材有限公司在北京成立。
2004年 - 乐华梅兰在中国的首家建材超市-----北京科兴店的隆重开业，标志着“乐华梅兰”品牌正式进入中国建材零售市场。
2006年 - 乐华梅兰全球首家装潢中心在北京科兴店正式成立，标志着乐华梅兰服务的全线升级
2006年 - 乐华梅兰正式更名为安达屋集团GROUPE ADEO
2008年 - 安达屋集团成功收购翠丰集团在意大利开设的Castorama (与“百安居”同属翠丰集团)，31 家商店，2000多名员工。
截至今天，乐华梅兰在法国、西班牙、意大利、葡萄牙、巴西、俄罗斯、波兰、希腊、乌克兰、罗马尼亚、土耳其、中国共开设800余家连锁店。
2012年 - 我们成功的超越拥有百安居的翠丰集团，在DIY行业，位居欧洲***，世界第三。
