With respect to PSA global ambition, the International Mobility Intern for Asian Operations will provide everyday support to HR mobility team daily tasks regarding international assignments to/from/within the Asian region.

HR International Mobility Intern will have to face various situations on a continuously changing environment.
Unique and large variety of actions the job holder must have good problem solving skills, time and stress management skills along with good organization.

At least 3-4 days per week.
Language: French, English
On-board date: As soon as possible

Support HR International Mobility Team for daily work:
- Expatriate’s vacation management and follow-up
- Coordinate with external service providers ( relocation companies, admin paper agent, car rent service provider, …etc.) and internal colleagues for administrative formalities, including payment request, report update, database management, file archive….etc.
- Support HR International Mobility projects, such as HR system test, service quality evaluation of service providers…etc.
