Mission:

Follow independently project C&T work, including
innovative proposals, presenting C&T solutions, joining various
meeting for convergence with different parties, as well as following up
C&T solutions industrialization.

Responsibilities：

-
Develop innovative color & trim solutions for both concept &
production vehicles, which are consistent with brand DNA, in the same
time balancing aesthetic appeal with feasibility requirements and
consumer value.

- Create color & trim briefing, image
boards, new material proposals including interior
colors/textures/textile/deco/exterior body paints etc.

- Follow
up project milestones, deliver creative presentations with 2D/3D media
to efficiently comminicate and sell ideas/proposals;

- Look after color & trim benchmark (concept&production competitors), watch consumer design trend and deliver report;

- Work closely with marketing, engineering, exterior & interior designers;

- Work closely with suppliers, to be able to address production feasibility and manufacturing considerations;



Qualifications：

- University graduation or Master degree in Design (Textile, Product, Fashion, Automotive)

- 2 to 6 year experience working for a major OEM in color and trim.

- Knowledge and experience in grain, upholstery, leathers, fabrics, interior & body colors.

- Proficient in Photoshop / Illustrator / Patchwork (or 3D software experience)

- Fluent in Mandarin and English (reading, writing, speaking), French will be a plus

-Team spirit, good communication skills, organizational talent
