JOB MISSION & ACTIVITY
Mission/Activity description
？ To be responsible for Chinese design referential
? Communicate with Marketing, Quality and DRDS team to identify chinese customers’ expectations (when different from Europe), to get China environment constrains (climate, road, dust…) and PSA cars weakness
? Get from DRDS team the technical parameters to tune in order to improve the vehicle design and make specification and test update
? Update chinese design referential KPI every month
? Update the chinese design referential synthesis once a year, manage monthly meeting
？ To lead benchmarking topics in order to improve chinese market knowledge
? Identify topics to benchmark on competitors according DRDS priority (core team, chinese design referential, quality survey)
? Get budget to achieve most important benchmarking topics
? Get working process and guideline from core team to achieve benchmarking topics
? Update monthly KPI on those benchmarking topics
？ To evaluate DRDS project with chinese vehicle design referential
? Communicate with DRDS team to make the status on chinese design requirement
? Update chinese design referential KPI at each project milestone
？ To participate to UEC activities
? To improve chinese design referential guideline and working process
? To participate to lean management



Position requirement


Education Worker Technician Engineer Bachelor Engineer Master
Management& experience 5 years’ experience in automotive design field


Technical General Mechanics and design
Vehicle performance (specification, design, validation) in NVH or Safety or Consumption, …

Behavior Good relationship and cooperative
Passion of automotive

Language English TOEIC>750
French appreciated
TOEIC is preferred
