Primary Responsibility:
Responsible for the formulation and execution of Rewards & Benefits strategy, policies and procedures to attract, reward, and retain a high performance workforce effectively while maintaining the Company’s cost competitiveness.
Job duties:
- Develop the Rewards and Benefits strategy, polices and procedures at the country level; guide and monitor the execution in various operating cities in China
- Closely monitor changes on statutory requirements, update related policies and guidelines to ensure compliance at local level
- Manage the compensation programs such as pay review and incentive schemes
- Maintain the job grading system and salary structure of the Company
- Analyze market data and trend to ensure pay competitiveness and alignment to business objectives
- Propose and recommend Management on exceptional remuneration cases
- Lead ad hoc projects related to remuneration subjects
- Administer the monthly payroll of staff in the China Headquarters
- Administer expatriate’s compensation and benefits and provide support services
- Manage the HRIS on SAP system
- Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources or Business Management
- At least 8 years of experience in compensation management, with at least 3 years at managerial level
- Excellent communication skills and able to deal with different opinions
Have broad perspectives and able to see the big picture - Self-motivated, proactive, and result driven
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and innovative
- Strong influencing ability in executing changes
