职位描述
They are a F&B contractor with 60 years, have 400 operations worldwide. Now with his big project in china Beijing & shanghai, they are urgently looking for a Site Project Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the managing director, the position is responsible for ensuring that building and renovation works at airports are completed on time and all parties involved are well coordinated and informed.
Onsite, you need to supervise and coordinate activities, including refurbishment, rebranding, rebuilding or renovation of tenanted spaces. You will act as contact person for client and sub-contractors including but not limited to interior design, building contractors, furniture specialist, etc. Besides, you need to ensure compliance to legal and corporate requirements, and manage team and sub-contractors.
Off site, you need to perform scheduling, attend meetings, supervise project and documentation, and conduct presentations. You need to coordinate with Airport landlord to ensure timely availability of license, amend drawings with AutoCAD,etc.
Requirements:
To be qualified, you need to be a Quantity Surveying / Engineering Diploma holder with min 5 years in site supervision within building works or retail fit outs. Previous experience of F&B / Retail fit-out works is a must, ideally with an airport contractor. You should have experience in contract management for multiple projects. Previous experience working with project managers and architects is an asset. You should be conversant in Mandarin and good in written English. Knowledge in AutoCAD is critical for reading and amending drawings and you must be able to do works based on drawings. Frequent travel to China should be expected .
