This role is responsible for project management of design, development, launch of Asia Pacific Leadership Development programs and initiatives to all Asia Pacific markets.

1. Regional Project Management of Local National Employee Accelerated Development Program (Compass) in Asia Pacific emerging markets (China, India, ASEAN & South Africa)

1.1 Customization of program, content, materials and process to fit market needs

1.2 Asia Pacific Market consultation, communication, and metrics

1.3 Collecting feedback, to refine and update the Compass program

1.4 Coaching/Training of market delivery associates, and supporting delivery as required

2. Regional Project Management of the Experienced Leadership Program

3. Design, development and implementation of regional internal delivery capability development

4. Deliver leadership & professional development programs (ESSP, Power Presentations, Political Savvy, Coaching for Relationship, etc.) in Mainland China

5. Interact with selective Asia Pacific markets to understand their needs and cascade regional directions

6. Support other regional Learning & Development team programs and projects as required
