Duties:

1. Support Lincoln OTD (Order to Delivery) enterprise process project.
2. Support Lincoln Dealer Management System (DMS) development.
3. Cowork with Consumer Experience Team to make sure all sales related processes or systems deliver Lincoln way to customers.

Order to Delivery

• According to AP budget development timeline, develop the process and methodology of setting dealer annual sales and share target.
• Develop dealer monthly sales and share target based on dealer annual sales target, Lincoln China rolling monthly sales plan, competitive environment analysis and dealer sales performance.
• Keep tracking sales mix (trim and color) and collecting market feedback on customer preference.
• Help dealer understand market trend and collect dealer order requirement.
• Develop and communicate Lincoln China free demand for all trimlevel models with AP CA and E&G on monthly basis.
• Represent Lincoln China/Lincoln dealers to submit orders in GOaLS according to global ordering process.
• Track production schedule and vehicle logistics.
• Track allocation to Lincoln China and allocate resources to dealers. Communicate allocation to dealers.
• Support dealer trading pre- and post- invoicing.
• Set up workflow with accounting and FAFC to manage daily vehicle allocation and dealer credit line check and wholesale invoicing.
• Vehicle configuration for new models to support OTD process.
• OTD/DMS system maintenance
• OTD dealer training including training plan, curriculum development, training execution and ongoing dealer support.
