Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage import operation processes to ensure a smoothly and timely vehicle delivery
2. Work closely with local Logistics Service Providers to deliver against pre-defined service level agreements
3. Import business management
a. Establish and maintain good relationship with Customs officers
b. Monitor Customs clearance, CIQ, Customs Inspections
c. Manage Import and registration documentations
4. Warehousing and inventory control
a. Monitor warehouse inventory and deliver report
b. Standardize and optimize the warehousing process to ensure efficiency and quality
5. Vehicle transportation management
a. Develop and optimize local transportation process timely and effectively
b. Monitor vehicle shipping on loading plan and time
c. Monitor dealer receiving on time and quality
6. Investigate and resolve dealer complaints or logistics issues, and support quality & PD team on any product related issues fix
7. Consolidate and provide all necessary documents to insurer and coordinate the claim affair with local Logistics Service Providers

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree

2. 3 to 5 years experience in luxury auto brands is preferable
3. Operational experience of importation, customs clearance and vehicle distribution
4. Proficient in MS Offices, ERP system and other supply chain tools
5. Strong communication and presentation skills in English
