Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with AP Marketing & Sales, Product Development, Manufacturing Operations Planning, Pre Production Planning and Plant based MP&L to forecast changes in model and options mix.
2. Develop forecasts for vehicle features such as Powertrain & Trim based on requirements from AP Market Sales companies in alignment with the Manufacturing Operating plan and maintain the data in the GOLFF Forecasting system.

3. Monitor the accuracy of the material release when options or model mix are changed before requirements are released to the supply base.
4. Liaise with AP Sales team to support any volume corrections that happen outside of normal process and lead cross functional forums to achieve implementation consensus.
5. Oversee the monthly program volume input process liaising with Sales and Scheduling teams to obtain accurate and balanced entity forecast.
6. Assume lead role as GOLFF Entity Master, responsible for identifying & resolving forecasting errors and maintaining system integrity.
7. Introduce and evolve new model forecast and liaise with core departments (Sales, Codification, PPM and Vehicle program teams) to get pre-build orders into the releases.
8. Support on CAF3 new plant launch by system UAT test and liaise with core departments (Sales, Codification, PPM and Vehicle program teams) to deliver the vender release on time.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree

2. 3 to 5 years material planning or sales processes experience

3. Microsoft office and excellent Excel skill

4. Project Management skill
5. English communication skill
