Major Responsibilities
· Support program financial analysis and reporting, including:
· Develop program profit model from other existing program models and/or maintain existing model, keeping it up-to-date with inputs from functional teams.
· Track, summarize and report changes to the profit model
· Track and report the status of financial model inputs from functional teams and ensure submissions are timely, robust and complete
· Lead investment analysis and tracking for manufacturing facilities, vendor tooling, launch and engineering (including supplier engineering, design & testing), including comparisons to the APA cycle plan and budget
· Ensure local F&T, launch and engineering ties to data recognized by the global finance team
· Support subject-specific deep dives as required to understand the program financial status
· Support the development of robust program financial milestone approval slides and review data with the PD Finance Supervisor and Manager.
· Review data for alignment with the latest approved APA Business Plan
· Identify potential issues on investment or fixed costs and support resolution through cross-functional team meetings and escalation, where appropriate
· Coordination across regions to support financial analysis and program milestone reviews, including:
· Working closely with regional functional team members, including manufacturing, new model launch, purchasing, marketing & sales and the business planning team
· Working closely with the global finance team to ensure alignment of inputs and assumptions



Position Requirements

· Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration , or Masters Degree in Finance or Business Administration

· 0-3 years work experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Audit or other related field

· Active and Quick Learner with an Inquiring Mind
