职位描述
Roles and Responsibilites:
1. Partner with Each Functional L&D Leader to design and execute Functional College annual action plan to deliver Functional College objectives;
- Strengthen alignment between Regional and Global Colleges
- Establish and communicate L&D Standards for Functional College operation
- Provide L&D Technical advice to Functional Colleges
2. Design, develop and launch standardized Functional College,
- Governance
- Processes (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate)
- Metrics
- Training and support mechanisms for Functional L&D
- Technology strategy for Functional Colleges
3. This will involve liaison with:
- AP Functions (Skill Team Leaders, Functional L&D)
- AP Market L&D professionals
- Global Functional Colleges and Global HR stakeholders – including Global Competency Standards Committee
- APA HR Senior Leadership
4. Design and facilitate Monthly Dean Forum
5. Conduct monthly 1:1s with all AP Functional Colleges
6. Participation in Global L&D Strategy Workstreams and establishment of global Technical/Functional L&D Strategy
7. Conduct quarterly External benchmarking cycle: AP Business, Automotive & L&D trends and establish communication cadence to L&D, HR and Business Stakeholders
8. Establish AP Governance process for pilot and launch of Competencies in AP, including negotiation & establishment of standards for:- Communication Training Roles & Responsibilities
9. Delivery of Leadership & Professional Development Curriculum to China & Regional audiences as required (English & Mandarin)
Candidate Specification
Education Qualification
1. Bachelor Degree
2. No. of Years of Experience: Minimum 7 years experience
3. Professional Exposure (Technical Skills): Facilitation/Training Skills; Project Managment
4. Organization Development will be highly regarded
5. Preferred previous experiences
- Learning & Development OR Consulting
- MNC/Matrix Organization highly regarded
- Regional/Global role highly regarded
- HR Business Partner experience highly regarded
6. Functional Skills
- MS office
- L & D Process - ADDIE
- Analytical skills
7. Behavioural Skills
- Communication skills
