An IT career in the Global Automotive Industry

· Ford has moved its Asia Pacific Headquarters to Shanghai.

· Ford is expanding its manufacturing alliances in China and growing its Product Engineering activities located in China.

· As a consequence Ford is growing it’s ‘in house’ IT capability in China

We are building an IT team based in Shanghai and Nanjing that will manage our IT Services throughout the Asia Pacific Region as an integral part of our Global IT Organization.

We are looking to recruit individuals who seek a long term career in the management of IT services of a Global Organization.

Currently our team is significantly staffed with International employees bringing their expertise and experience to help our growth in China. Over time we are looking to significantly decrease this dependency by promoting internally developed local employees.

We are looking for IT Project Managers, IT Business Analysts and IT Application Architects looking for career development within a Global Corporate IT organization.

We current have openings for:

· IT Project Managers and IT Program Managers – you will be placed according to your experience

Beneficial Experience:

· Knowledge / Experience in project management tools : MS Project , Clarity

· Automotive Dealership/Sales support applications

· Automotive B2C

· Automotive/Manufacturing IT

· PMI qualified

Your responsibilities:

· All aspects of IT project management of assigned projects

· Creation and maintenance of key project management documents: charters, requirements, scheduling, milestones chart, resource maps, financial reporting, using tools such as MS Project and Clarity

· Financial management for your assigned projects to deliver

· Resource management for your assigned projects, engaging Fords Global IT resources to deliver your assigned projects

· Risk management /contingency planning for your assigned projects

· Conducting stakeholder reviews for your assigned projects

Prerequisite Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in a relevant field

5 to 10 yrs. + experience.
