Major responsibilities:

Establish B2B cooperation relationship through various sub-distribution channels to push forward the distribution of travel insurance products for the company.

? Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s Travel Insurance products and Assistance services in order to be able to deal effectively and informatively with customers
? Monitoring and reporting on travel insurance ecommerce markets, and competitor activities, and providing analysis and advice to Management
? Identify market opportunities with initializing business relationship with online travel agencies, or airline firms aligned with company’s strategies;
? Establish permanent cooperation with various online big travel companies.
? Developing and maintaining new and existing customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
? Responding to and following up sales enquiries in a timely manner
? Achieve goals base on sales target
? Skillfully handle and keep related business documents and bill
? Make good communication with customer through face-to-face talk, telephone and email. Familiar to use Salesforce tool to monitor daily work
? Complete sales and work assignment demanded by the company
? Implement the duties and tasks demanded by the company
? Identifying revenue-generating opportunities, increasing, and optimising sales based on portfolio targets
？ Defining business plans, responding to tenders, negotiating contracts.
？ Implementing new contracts, providing expertise in technical, legal and financial solutions.
？ Optimising profitability of key accounts, managing marketing funds.
？ Implementing promotions, analysing R.O.I. for these business initiatives.
？ Renewing existing partners/contracts base.
？ Performing other duties and special assignments as required


Qualification:

? College education background and above;
? At least 3 years working experience, applicant with sales working experience in online tourism, exhibition, aviation or insurance industry is considered desirable
? Excellent oral and written communication in Mandarin
? High-level fluency in oral and written English
? High-level affinity and proficient communication skill and independent analytical ability
? Teamwork spirits and ability to work independently
? Organizational skills and proficient writing ability (being an able organizer needed in activity planning).
? Self-motivated person who enjoy undertaking a working achievement-based position and adapt to various working pressure.
? Industrial and favorable study ability and scientific management of time
? A friendly, professional manner is imperative, as is the ability to prepare and make direct presentations effectively
? Availability to travel regularly within China
? Proficient computer literacy
? Good at project management
