Key Responsibilities

l Build and lead a strong Color Respond Team to support sales team at important color matching/design jobs to key projects and accounts timely.
l Work with Ops/Technical to develop the stain products and ensure the color consistency.

Work Tasks

l Build, develop and manage a strong/competitive Color Respond Team to support sales
l Design and Develop the colors base on the market and customer requirements/trends
l Support the sales on quick color matching at important projects/accounts
l Manage a nice color panels show room in JD and DG.
l Develop stain products and manage the color consistency together with Ops/Technical
l Coordinate/Communication with US counterparts of Color Studio
l Support sales team to communicate with buyers from US on color related tasks
l Other tasks specified by the direct supervisor

Personnel Requirements

l 8 years+ experience working in wood coatings industry; experience working in color studio of wood coating company is preferred.
l college or above
l Very good color styling skills, very familiar with application of all kinds of wood coatings, good management skills
l Speak and write good English
l Collaborative, Cooperative, Self-driven, Business-minded (preferred)
