Responsibility:

1、Design tools, jigs, fixtures, dies, and molds used in the production of parts and assembly of company products.

2、Prepare detailed finished drawings working from verbal instructions, concepts, ideas and sketches.

3、Perform necessary mathematical calculations to determine tolerances and shrinkages for a variety of materials.

要有统计概念，熟悉不同原料的公差和缩水
4、Investigate and recommend new tooling processes that could increase manufacturing capability, increase quality, and decrease processing costs.

调查和推荐一些好的加工方法以提高加工效率，减少成本
5、Provide technical assistance and guidance to Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing, and Design Engineering.

对有关人员提供相对的技术指导
6、Proficient in preparing tool designs on company's 3D CAD (computer aided design) system. NX CAD experience is preferred.

7、Design and modify new and existing tools.

8、Document drawings, create preventive maintenance schedules, maintain the tool database and create weekly progress reports

9、Be a liaison between SZ manufacturing plant and tool shop. Assist in selection tool shop.

Qualification:

任职资格：

1、Have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, and Manufacturing Engineering.

机械，工业自动化，制造工程专业，大专以上
2、At least 3 years work experience in tool design area.

至少3年模具设计经验
3、Understands automated tool shop machines.

熟悉模具车间自动化机器
4、Logical thinking, trouble shooting and problem solving skill

逻辑思维严谨，解决和处理问题的能力
5、Very good team work and customer orientation mindset

协同工作，以顾客为中心
6、Can work under high pressure

能在压力下工作
7、Capable of handling multiple projects concurrently

具有同时处理多个项目的能力
8、Proficient at 3D CAD, UGNX and Teamcenter is prefer.

精通3D 软件，UG或PRO/E ,autocad
9、CET-4 or above.Oral and written communication skills in English

11、Knowledge of tool room process capabilities and understand manufacturing process problems

12、Knowledge and use of manufacturing assembly tools.

13、Knowledge of materials specifications and selection and treatment.

14、Knowledge of statistical methods and quality tools, such as FMEA(DFMEA), DOE and MSA

会用DFEMA进行模具设计前的可行性分析，会用Moldflow
