The Contract Administrator position is provided under the terms of the Annual Management Fee and is a dedicated, National position based in Shekou. The individual is assigned to focus on COMPANY’s CPS Aftermarket Service delivery. The Contract Administrator reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for the daily management of the Aftermarket Service administration which includes:

? Interfacing with COMPANY and SUBCONTRACTOR’s operations representatives in determining specific equipment needs, tooling and spares for COMPANY Operations.
? Rendering quotations and overseeing the timely execution of any subsequent agreed work or supply orders.
? Developing plans for all activities from receipt of inquiry and order through to delivery, including such detail as necessary to define critical activities to comply with the contractual requirements.
? Ensuring that COMPANY requirements are executed per an agreed plan with regular status reporting thereof. Involving, but not necessarily limited to equipment programmed maintenance and/or repair activities.
? Disposal or similar inventory audit activity.
? Relay information/ clarifications to COMPANY Operations Department.
? Carry-out lessons learned tracking.
? Ensuring that the accurate recording of customer property is performed.
? Carrying out all task proposing activities for services and sales provided to the Operation in line with contract requirements.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree;
Minimum of 1 year working experience in contract administration;
Proficient English both spoken and written;
Effective communication skills;
Good personality, warm hearted & open character;
Can work under pressure;
Team work;
