Job Title Operations Support Coordinator

Job Description

The Operations Support Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Operation including:

? Ensures materials & equipment movements and logistics process from supply plants to offshore and onshore required locations in support of the Operation.
? Ensures the maintenance of the storage of inventory and hardware/tooling care, maintenance and reporting.
? Ensures the accurate recording of COMPANY property is performed and maintained.
? Ensures that all COMPANY property, material and equipment movements from/to CONTRACTOR as well as from/to offshore are properly tracked and recorded to satisfy all contract requirements in a timely manner.
? Ensures the Interfaces with third party shipping companies and is aware of international and national customs clearance procedures and requirements to achieve seamless delivery of materials and equipment.
? Coordinates all in-country materials movement requirements.
? Management of CONTRACTOR interfaces between COMPANY and any Subcontractors.
? Create input and update maintenance and repair procedures.
? Technically coordinate any testing, maintenance and repair.

Job Requirements：

· Bachelor degree

· Minimum of 2 years working experience;

· Knowledgeable in personal computers, spreadsheets and word processing as well as good written and verbal communication skills

· Experience in working with oil and gas production, hydrocarbon processing or oil/water separation service company environment is a plus

· Ability to communicate effectively in English

· Detailed oriented and willing to take responsibilities;
