工作描述:
- Engaging and partnering with business leaders and hiring manager to identify all their hiring needs
- To maintain visitors Create and maintain sustainable talent database for assigned functions for future talent needs
- Source, screen and engage with candidates with the professional manner to find the right quality talent for the company within the target timeline
- Keep timely follow up with both candidates and hiring manager in recruiting process
- Craft offer proposal for selected candidate with caring of both internal and external balance
- Maintain recruiting reports (i.e. recruiting cost, channels and interviews)
- Manage recruiting website
- Partner closely within HR to maintain excellent communication, candidate and client service
- Take on any additional HR task as allocated
职位要求:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3 years of previous human resources experience, at least 2 years focus on recruiting area in multination company
- Demonstrated great passion in talent research and talent engagement
- Service orientation and strong partnering skills
- Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player with high degree of confidentiality
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English and Excellent written and verbal communication skills
