岗位职责：
负责J2EE应用软件体系架构的选型与设计
负责系统架构层面的整体性能调优
负责实现跨数据库的架构设计和数据库性能调优
负责BI中间件的集成与开发

Qualification:
岗位任职要求：
大学本科以上学历，计算机及相关专业
2年以上系统架构搭建经验，5年以上J2EE应用产品开发经验
精通JAVA，精通Ajax/JavaScript/JSP/Struts/Spring /iBatis/hibernate/EJB /SQLServer Reporting Services/Flex/Jfreechart等系统开发技术
熟悉SQLServer、Oracle、DB2等主流数据库的配置管理与优化方案，有参与数据库移植项目经验者优先
熟悉Weblogic、Websphere等主流应用服务器的配置和应用<BR>熟悉cognos、Crystal Reports等BI中间件者优先
熟悉JBPM，osworkflow等工作流引擎者优先<BR>具备丰富的面向对象系统分析、系统设计经验；熟练掌握常用设计模式、架构模式的运用
具备较强的业务理解沟通能力、较强的技术指导能力、较好的敬业精神，以及良好的团队合作意识
有金融行业项目经验者优先
