Job Description
Global Talent and Innovation Network (GTIN) is Accenture's strategic 'Distributed Consulting' initiative. It aims to strengthen the management consulting talent available to all geographies, service lines, and industry practices. We have built and deployed a unique distributed consulting model that leverages the talent in our global centers and embeds them effectively in local onshore / offshore teams. GTIN Global has scaled to 1500+ consultants, worked on 1200+ projects, with 49 Accenture Diamond and 44 Fortune Global 100 clients.
The China Management Consulting practice has traditionally been focused on providing consulting solutions to domestic clients. GTIN China practice is now being grown aggressively with a mandate to service clients in the overseas markets. The primary geographic focus for this role will be the overseas market.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery: Ensuring high quality and in time project delivery, ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
Business Development: Developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients, organizing and leading pursuit teams, participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process.
People Development: Performing the role of counselor and coach, providing input and guidance into the firms staffing process, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities.
Domain Development: Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.
Key Competencies and Characteristics
Should be a self starter, someone who has led teams, has strong conceptual and inter-personal skills. He/ should play a key role in building the GTIN Products practice in China
Should be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the "C" level executives in a range of environments
Should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm
Should have excellent communication and presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
Should possess and demonstrate high integrity and credibility
Should have strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts
Should possess strong program management skills
Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum 8 to 10 years of overall years of overall industry and consulting experience in the Automotive Industry
Should be proficient (4 to 6 years relevant functional experience) in at least 2 of the following areas:
Sales and Marketing
Sales Effectiveness
Dealer strategy and development
Service Management (Aftersales, Warranty)
Customer Relationship Management
CRM Analytics
MBA from a Tier 1 B School
