MC Insurance Senior Manager

Job Description

You will take on growing responsibilities in Projects that help our Insurance clients to redesign their Finance function through the Insurance and Financial Processes reengineering.

In particular you will have focus on:

Business Development: Developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients & internal Accenture consulting teams in various geographies (focus on Greater China); organizing and leading pursuit of management consulting opportunities; participating & leading aspects of the proposal development for client opportunities

Project Delivery: Ensuring high quality and in time project delivery, ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.

People Development: Performing the role of career counsellor, coach and capability development lead for a team of managers, consultants & analysts., Providing input and guidance into the firms staffing process, and actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities.

Domain Development: Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.
Qualifications

• Experience of at least 8/10 years at a management consulting firm or strategic or insurance companies, international financial services group active in the insurance field, preferably in the organization / strategy.
• Should have oversee design of end-to-end underwriting process OR Product Management/Product Factory/Customer Experience OR design of end-to-end claims process OR design of end-to-end distribution process (8 to 10 years relevant experience) with at least P&
