Job Description

Technology Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering technology innovation and providing the backbone of our systems integration business.

Security professionals develop and deliver solutions that protect enterprise systems, applications and data by establishing policies, practices and tools that prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification or disruption.

Key responsibilities may include

• Lead the technical team to analyze the non-functional requirement and propose the solution
• Lead the technical team to deliver the solution, including draft and control the work plan, recognize and handle the risk, control the deliverable’s quality and work the technical issues out.
• Plan and manage diagnosis and assessment activities and define high-level program/action plans
• Plan and manage technology design activities
• Design security solution includes security standard, security architecture, security governance, I&AM mechanism etc.
• Design robust technology solution in production environment and taking into account the function requirements and technical requirements.
• Being recognized as an expert on one or more technology vendors/products/areas
• Define the product selection standard, lead the technology evaluation and selection effort
• Plan and manage security related capacity planning activities
• Evaluate the tech solution proposed by vendors during design, install, test and go-live phase.
• Plan and manage program-wide technology build, test and deployment activities
  

Technology Skill Requirements

• Deep experience on common technology includes:
  ·Network Technology
  ·Security Technology
  ·Security Testing
  ·Security Architecture
  ·Security Standard
  ·DR and BCM
  ·Security in cloud
  ·Security As A Service
  ·Server and Storage Technology
  ·IT Service Management
• At least 8 years working experience focus on the above era.
• At least 5 security related project experience in last 4 years.
• Professional certification e.g. CCIE-security, CISSP, Security+ is preferred
• BS in Computer Science or related, MS preferred

• 10-15 years working experience
• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Logic thinking
• Proactive working attitude
• Proven industry background especially in banking, insurance, capital market and telecomm.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Fluent oral and written English
