JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLE:
MC RES Consultant-PAS55 / LCAM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for helping our clients achieve business objectives
· Strengthen management capabilities through working with other members to providing management consulting services, mainly focusing on the PAS55 / Lifecycle Assets Management for Utility industry (Power Grid), included but not limited to: Planning, Operation management & monitoring, Facility management, Material Management, etc…;
· Conducting industry and client research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvements
· Gathering and documenting client's current business processes, people and technology capabilities and requirements.
· Assisting in the design and development of new business processes, capabilities and supporting technologies.
· Supporting the testing and implementation of new business processes.
· Developing communications, training and job aids to assist in change management activities.
· Assist business development including proposal preparation.

REQUIREMENTS

· 2+ years in management consulting, especially exposure of PAS55 / Lifecycle Assets Management will be big plus;
· Experiences in consulting service for Utility (Power Grid);
· Business acumen and diagnosis skills.
