职位描述
- Be responsible for operating multi-channel ecommerce (including eshops on open marketplaces, official sites etc.) for clients - managing product inventory, monitoring order status, and overseeing third party customer service delivery
- Plan, executing and monitoring e-marketing campaigns or other demand generation activities (e.g. Groupon, seasonal promotion etc.)
- Handle incidents and exceptional orders occurred in day-to-day operation
- Coordinate with clients’ key stakeholders and manage third party vendors
- Able to give inputs to define and/or optimize operation processes, scorecards and KPIs
- Conduct basic root-cause analysis in ecommerce business environment and put together the performance improvement plan accordingly
- Responsible for understanding online consumer behavior and thereby ensuring good online customer experience, usability so as to ultimately increase conversion rates
- Administrate and maintain digital contents
- Willing to do service delivery work in a meticulous manner
- Familiar with ecommerce or retailer operation
- Good communication skills and analytical thinking
- Good written and spoken English
- Having FMCG/retail/consumer electronics/ telecom industry B2C business operation experience is preferred
