Main Responsibility
- Provide deep functional & technical expertise to the team for work process, applications & products
- Assist in definition of functional requirements
- Help ensure detailed project requirements are defined and managed
- Perform functional design and configuration (incl. work process & tool evaluations)
- Respond to and perform impact analysis on incoming service requests.
- Assist with estimating new development and enhancement requests.
