Job Summary:
The Floor Operations Representative (receptionist) provides a variety of office and customer services.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain workspace and meeting rooms. Post nameplates, agendas, etc.
Stock and maintain appearance of general use areas (e.g., copy room, coffee/vending area, etc.).
Provide basic technical support for standard office equipment (e.g., copiers and printers).
Conduct census and occupancy checks using census-reporting tool.
Greet visitors and employees, answer inquiries and assist in resolving concerns.
Deliver, set-up and test audio-visual equipment required for meetings and events.
Provide audio-visual support prior to and during meetings and events as needed.
Maintain audio-visual equipment inventory.

Qualifications:
Education: College or above
Work Experience: Some customer service experience preferred.
Work Requirements: Physical exertion including, but not limited to climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, standing, sitting and walking. May lift and/or move objects and materials of various weights
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Good customer service skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic organizational skills with attention to detail.
Previous experience using a computer, knowledge of Word and Excel applications.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
