Objective
目标
A global personalisation technology company that makes content and advertising more relevant to consumers is seeking an experienced Performance Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for day to day management of the complete Company ecosystem- advertising sales and pricing, publisher management and targeting and campaign delivery. Reporting directly to the Managing Director China, they will be the driving force for our bourgeoning operations and a key decision maker within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set, track and enforce KPIs for all operations and sales staff.

* Oversee all commercial negotiations and partnerships to ensure alignment with company goals.

* Strategic direction of the advertising sales team to ensure strong coverage across verticals, products and clients.

* Lead the pricing of all products and provide on-going thought leadership to the evolution of the pricing algorithm.

* Strategic direction of the publisher partnership team to develop, grow and maintain broad, sustainable partnerships within the industry
* 为在本行业内发展、增长并保持广阔、可持续的合作关系，向出版商合作伙伴团队进行战略指导。

We are looking for an individual with strong execution skills, who has a demonstrated ability to:

* Lead a group of people, with different priorities and motivations, to achieve collective goals

* Be numbers driven; driving diagnostic problem solving and identifiying commercial opportunities from complex and dynamic data sets
* 数字驱动型人才；能推动诊断问题的解决，并能从复杂、动态的数据库中发现商业机遇
* Analyse complex situations, quickly derive required actions and delegate them as appropriate
* 分析复杂形势，快速制定必要行动，并委派给合适的人去执行
* Manage complex, competing, client demands and relationships
* 管理复杂、相互竞争的客户需求和关系
* Successfully manage the requirements and expectations of an international business whilst ensuring operations meet Turkish market standards
* 在确保业务符合土耳其市场标准的同时，成功管理一项国际业务的需求和期望

Required experience:

* University Degree educated
* 大学本科毕业
* Direct leadership experience in digital media, search advertising services or e-commerce

* Proven problem solving and conflict resolution skills

* Strong understanding of advertising technology and delivery

* Demonstrated ability to self-start in new environments

* Proven ability to influence using PowerPoint and Excel skills

Preferred Experience:

* Global media buying or account management and client service experience
* 能证明具备熟练使用PowerPoint和Excel的能力

Compensation:
薪资：
Base salary of CNY 25,000 – CNY 30,000 depending on experience plus local benefits, performance bonus and team bonus.
根据个人经验，基本工资为人民币25,000到30,000元，加本地福利、绩效奖金和团队奖金。
