* The Project Manager's primary responsibility is to ensure that the project is delivered within agreed quality and time constraints, while maintaining thorough stakeholder communication and management throughout the planning and delivery process.

* You will work with both the local teams and HQ to manage resource requirements, timelines and tasks as well as to ensure a solid communications link between the regional and central offices.

* You will be expected to lead delivery of the project scope and therefore must be able to formulate the project plan
taking into account all of the work streams across the business.

* Create and maintain other project documentation (e.g. communications plans)

* Prepare plans as necessary (Project, Stage, Exception) in conjunction with the project team and discuss / agree them with Global Head of Delivery and local Sponsor.

* Manage the risks, including the development of contingency plans.

* Ensure that all project issues are properly, reported and action is allocated as appropriate.

* Take responsibility for overall progress and use of resources and initiate corrective action when necessary.

* Identify and obtain any support and advice require for the management, planning and control of the project.

Desired Skills & Experience:

* Native Mandarin Chinese and fluent English (read, write and speak)
* 母语为普通话，英语流利（读、写、说）
* Prince 2 practioner or PMP Certification

* Previous experience of successful delivery of group (technically-involved) projects across provincial and companies with multiple stakeholders.
