RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Design and develop mechanical or Electrical-Mechanical components
2. Work with colleagues and vendors to secure that the designed parts can be achieved with required quality and lead time.
3. Root cause analysis on problems happened on her/his responsible parts. Implement the countermeasures and solutions.
4.On-site support in assembly factory or mechanical vendors in case needed

COMPETENCIES:
1.Over 2 years Experience in mechanical design and development in Mobile phone industry
2.Skillful in using CAD tools: ProE and AutoCAD
3.Good communications both in Chinese and English
4.Logical thinking
