职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Component and spare part (material) master data set-up and maintenance responsibility.
Manage and/or escalate incoming errands from SM9 (Service Manager 9) and e-mail regarding spare part availability and system support from the internal customers in a service minded way.
2. Administration of supplier splits and lead-times (QA and TL) in SAP systems.
3. Communicate master data issues with relevant persons and functions. Drive master data quality improvements activities.
Create, plan, coordinate and perform training of systems & processes related to the PaSM business for personnel related to the PaSM business internally and externally of MDM. (Master Data Management)
4. Set up and manage the Forecast BIO/BOM to assure the correct content in the component forecast. Requires close collaboration with product projects.
5. Set-up and maintenance of component and spare part price data in SAP systems.
6.Responsible to set-up and maintain SOMC PCP (Partner Collaboration Portal) system access for external partners (production sites and suppliers).
Communicate with production site PCP system access owners and supplier representatives. Contact person for new, renewed, changed and cancelled system accesses. Accesses are administrated in ProfileView system (transferred to SAP).
Competencies:
1.University degree in engineering, business economics or similar analytical topics OR equivalent work experience from supply chain management, operations or business control
2.Advanced Excel-user, familiar with Microsoft Office programs.
3.Very careful and meticulous with an analytical mind. Logical thinking, ability to handle large quantities of information in a structured way.
4.Fluent in English, both written and spoken is a requirement (need to interact with sites all over the world)
5.Experience from a business or MRP system environment, especially SAP ERP and/or SAP APO experience is a strong merit.
