Responsibility:
1.IT Service catalogue system management. Which includes new service design, build up; maintenance of existing services and work flow.
2.Mentor and manage the product quality in Service catalog, improve process efficiency.
Work with various internal teams to help drive tools and process improvements. Be responsible for knowledge management of ITSC and team training.
3.Microsoft Active Directory based account and access management via IAM Portal, deal with infra calls and service orders within agreed SLA. The task includes but not limited to account provisioning/de-provisioning, groups management, provide tier 2 support to frontline teams like helpdesk.
4.External Partner profile Management and Support.

Requirement:
1.At least 4 years working experience in IT service and support in MNC, ITIL foundation certification preferred. Prefer to have good knowledge on process management.
2.Familiar with Microsoft Active Directory and exchange, MCSE certification will be a plus.
3.Good sense on project management. Active thinking.
4.Strong communication skills, Fluent English (written and spoken)
