岗位职责：
1、对日常的服务质量进行监控，包括定期产出质量周报、月报和季报；
2、对竞品网站及产品进行监控；
3、协助商拓及代理，不断提高服务质量；
4、制定并不断完善各类应急方案；
5、有效控制业务的服务质量，并不断提升客户体验。
任职要求：
1、全日制本科以上学历，计算机或相关专业，英文良好；
2、3年以上互联网行业，平台质量管理岗位工作经验；
3、沟通协调能力强，性格温和，配合度佳；
工作地点：上海长宁
