? 管理和维护Cisco路由器和思科核心交换机必须具备扎实的经验
? 防火墙/ VPN的知识，最好熟悉Linux环境
? 熟悉常见路由协议（OSPF，BGP），了解MPLS环境

? 有动手安装和维护一个核心的网络运营中心的经验。开放源码的Linux网络和安全应用。

? 核心网络服务，包括DNS，DHCP，SMTP，SNMP服务的支持。
? 具备的基本安全基础设施，包括IDS / IPS。
? 虚拟化：Linux / Windows的虚拟机运行在VMware虚拟基础设施环境管理（ESXi的/ vSphere的）
