Job Description :

- Answer reactively to the incoming customer inquiries via phone and email providing accurate OP and sales information to clients in cooperation with Sales team.

- Develop and provide a professional friendly communication style with customers.

- Be proactive by providing alternative solutions as available

- Perform a follow up contact by email / phone and visit by reporting to sales

- Issue quotation

- Attend sales group meeting on weekly basis but also concerning sales target, forecast, reporting on market situation

- Assist for others sales lead identifying decision maker among the targeted leads in order to start sales process : Cold calling

- Sell our services to existing clients : call existing clients of the company to try to sell additional products or services.


Qualifications-

- College graduate with Min. 3 year sales supporting experience both in ocean freight and air freight forwarding areas worked in International forwarding company in Beijing,

- Deep understanding and knowledge of Logistic industry, F&B, Luxury and Cosmetics experience being a plus

- Good English and communication & Negotiation skills, both in oral and written

- Strong sense of customer service and good attitude.

- Accurate, responsible, hardworking, initiative with good personality, independent and willing to work under pressure and overtime.

- Self-motivation and teamwork.

- Good at Ms. office operation.
